Emb3D 3D Model Viewer

Emb3D - FAQ

Emb3D is a 3D model viewer, you can render from the simplest to the most complex 3D models. You can upload your models from a pc with the Desktop version, or you can download the App (iOS / Android ) and upload your models from smartphones and tablets. Emb3d is not a program dedicated to 3D modeling, so it is not capable of interacting with native 3D formats (Blender, 3ds, Maya, Modo, Rhino, SketchUp, Unity, Pixologic ZBrusch)

Make sure you have the 3D model file zipped directly along with the texture image file. Be careful: You should not create a folder that contains the files, but only zipper all the files together. In addition, the path to the texture image file within the zipped file must respect the relative path referenced by the 3D model file. Combine the files into a compressed archive (ZIP, RAR, 7z). Be sure to include all necessary files:
– The texture files (JPG, PNG, TIFF, TGA, etc.).
– The material file, if you are using the OBJ (MTL) format.
– The model file.
Finally, you will just need to upload the zipper

You can choose to use your Cloud space and take your 3D models with you everywhere on any device. Of course, you will have more or less space available depending on your subscription plan.

You can view your 3D model by opening it directly from the Emb3d App. If you do not see the Emb3d App among the available apps to open the 3D model, we recommend that you open the App and open the model directly from the App

If you want to edit the appearance of the Emb3d viewer, you might want to upgrade to a different membership plan. Enterprise users allows you to remove all elements, including the link to your profile and the Emb3d logo watermark from your embedded viewer

The Light version It supports GLB/GLFT and Proprietary EMB3D format, the Premium version also supports 3DS, ASE, DAE, FBX, OBJ, PLY, STL

Put all file in a zip file, upload the archive, but please not that Elementor will block zip files by default, you need to enable this option. A simpler solution is to change the zip file extension to .mzip, so it will be handled directly as 3D model format.
